Perfect machine and great service

I bought my machines and parts directly from TTC. Their support is excellent — very responsive and helpful. Shipping from China to the Netherlands was fast and smooth. The machines themselves are also very good. I did have one small issue with the Z-axis: the screen was a bit loose, probably due to transport, which caused a Z-drop mid-process. I tightened it back up and it's working perfectly again. So my only advice: double-check the bolts before starting a run. I’ll definitely buy from them again in the future!
