I received the product in good order but:
No manual, I manage but other people may not, no package list and no Y-axis extension cable.
I assembled the extension on my standard machine but I discovered on a late moment, no package list, that the Y wire was not included.
I contacted service and they will send me one. They said me that this will take some time so I cant use the machine for a while which is a pitty.
After opening the system case to connect the extension wires I discovered that the connectors were glued with a glue gun and it took me quite a while to get the wire loose. I am very precise but I almost broke one connector. So not a good solution to glue them.
The standard version of the laser engraver has a drag chain which is a great plus.
Why not an enlargement for Y in the upgrade? The solution for the upgrade is some degrees less elegant. Only a few dollars more.
